Contact NoblePDF
The simplest way to reach NoblePDF is by email. Use the address below for general questions, technical problems, privacy requests or responsible security reports. Please do not attach confidential PDFs, passwords, identity documents or other sensitive files to a support message unless a support process specifically asks for them.
Technical problems
When reporting a bug, it is usually enough to tell us which NoblePDF tool you were using, your browser and operating system, what you expected to happen, and the exact error shown on screen. If the problem depends on a particular document, describe its general characteristics - for example, “a 220-page scanned PDF with a password” - before sending the document itself. NoblePDF’s local-first design means support normally does not need a copy of your file to begin investigating a problem.
Privacy requests
For questions about website data, local browser storage, advertising, cookies or document processing, use the same email address and include “Privacy” in the subject line. The Privacy page explains what the current site does and distinguishes local document processing from website and future advertising data.
Security reports
If you believe you found a vulnerability that could expose document data, bypass a security boundary or affect other NoblePDF visitors, include “Security” in the subject line and provide enough reproduction detail for us to verify the issue safely. Do not exploit the issue against other people, access data that is not yours, or publish sensitive details before there has been a reasonable opportunity to investigate and correct the problem.
Business and advertising enquiries
NoblePDF’s launch model is free tools supported by advertising on appropriate informational surfaces. Advertising inside the persistent editor is not part of the model. General commercial enquiries can use the same contact address; however, offers that require document data, intrusive browser permissions or advertising inside document controls are inconsistent with the current product architecture.
